Have you already digitized your taped historically significant audio programs? Send digital copies of your audio program files and the metadata to us to include in GCAH archives and on SoundTheology.org. There is no cost and no limit to include already-digitized programs from the United Methodist entities listed above.

Process: You send your audio and metadata files on a USB thumb drive or a portable hard drive, along with information about the programs*. Send WAV files, if possible. We will return all materials. All your programs will be preserved at GCAH. If appropriate, your programs will also be available to hear on SoundTheology.org and your students and others will be able to listen to them there.
*Include the following information on each program: title, speaker(s), description, length, recording date, venue of recording, and copyright holder. If possible, include this information: original tape format, tape type, tape speed, reproduction machine, and processes used to improve the sound of the recording.
